Juli Koentopp, founder and President of Infinity Plus Investments LLC, a real estate development company, has been involved in real estate development projects in Nevada, Arizona, Utah and California. Infinity Plus Investments LLC, currently manages and maintains multi million dollar assets in real estate investment inventory. Juli has been both a partner and investor in various start-up operations including real estate companies and technology companies. She has originated and managed over 70 real estate limited liability companies.
Prior to founding Infinity Plus Investments LLC, Juli gained experience as a key executive in the technology division with Mirage Resorts, Inc. Her responsibilities included managing the technology implementation and its team of 50 employees for the opening of The Mirage Hotel and the Treasure Island Hotel. Juli’s experience also includes several years with two of the Big Eight accounting firms Price Waterhouse and Arthur Young & Company in Phoenix, Arizona and Los Angeles, California.
Juli has a Bachelors of Science degree and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Arizona State University.
Juli’s free time is spent with her family, friends and two German Shepherds, Gabriel and Gracie. Juli has a love of sports and had the unique experience of running the scoreboards for the Phoenix Cardinals, the Fiesta Bowl and Arizona State University for eight years.
